We are Tyjito Biotech (SEA) Limited, trading as DENTASTIC, based in Hong Kong. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit trydenttastic.com, check out at checkout.trydenttastic.com, or make a purchase from us.

Information we collect

Information you provide: When you place an order, submit a contact form, or apply for wholesale, we collect your name, email address and/or phone number, shipping address, and payment details.

Information collected automatically: When you visit our site, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URL, and cookie data.

Information from third parties: We receive data from Shopify (order processing and checkout), Shopify Payments (payment status), and our analytics and advertising providers listed below.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and receipts (by email, or by SMS if you checked out with a phone number)
  • Respond to customer enquiries and wholesale requests
  • Improve our website and product offerings
  • Measure the performance of our advertising

  • Comply with our legal obligations

Cookies and tracking

Essential cookies are required for core site functionality including cart management, checkout and session handling (provided by Shopify).

Analytics cookies are provided by Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These collect usage data to help us understand how visitors use our site.

Advertising and measurement cookies are provided by Meta (the Meta Pixel on our site and the Conversions API through our Shopify sales channel). They help us measure and improve our advertising and may be used to show you relevant ads on Meta platforms.

Email marketing cookies are provided by Klaviyo, which we use for our email list. They record site activity (such as viewing a product) so that, if you subscribe, we can send more relevant emails. Subscribing itself always requires your explicit opt-in via the signup form checkbox.

  • Shopify — ecommerce platform, checkout and order processing (including Shop Pay and Shop app login)
  • Shopify Payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) — payment processing
  • Shipping and logistics partners — to fulfil and deliver your order
  • Meta Platforms — advertising measurement (Meta Pixel and Conversions API), subject to your consent where required
  • Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Analytics — website usage data, subject to your consent where required
  • Vercel and our database provider — hosting for our site and storage of contact and wholesale enquiry records
  • Klaviyo — email marketing (your email address, signup source, and site activity), only if you subscribe with the opt-in checkbox or the "Reveal my discount & subscribe" button; every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you take part in a discount offer, we also record which discount tier you received (a label, not a card or payment detail) so we can email you the matching code
  • Law enforcement or regulatory bodies, if required by law or court order

Data retention

We retain order and transaction data for as long as necessary to fulfil our legal and accounting obligations — typically seven years for financial records under Hong Kong law.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing trydenttastic@gmail.com. We will action your request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent for marketing communications or for analytics and advertising cookies at any time.

International transfers

As we are based in Hong Kong and serve customers internationally, your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence — including the servers of our service providers (Shopify, Meta, Google, Microsoft, Vercel, Klaviyo and our database provider), which may be located in the United States or elsewhere.

We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy regardless of where it is processed.

Data security

We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from this site, secure payment processing through PCI-compliant providers, and strict access controls on personal data.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our website and products are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at trydenttastic@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
