If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at that price and will notify you promptly.
Orders and payment
Placing an order on this site constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive a confirmation by email (or by SMS, if you checked out with a phone number only) once your order is accepted and payment has been processed.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that involve resale without authorisation.

Returns and refunds
Unopened product in its original packaging may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost. Opened or used toothpaste cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. Full details, including how to start a return, are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
