90-day returns on unopened product
You may request a return within 90 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used toothpaste cannot be returned.
Approved returns receive a full refund of the product cost to the original payment method.
How to start a return
Email trydenttastic@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm the return address and next steps by email.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or we made an error.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at trydenttastic@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
What is not covered
- Opened or used product (hygiene).
- Returns requested more than 90 days after delivery.
- Product not in its original packaging.
